Quincy Metal Fabricators’ 6000 watt fiber and 4000 watt CO2 Cincinnati lasers have an accuracy of +-0.002″ and can cut up to .625″ aluminum, .625″ stainless steel, and 0.750″ mild steel.  Cutting speeds can approach 4,000 inches per minute in some cases.  Our CL-440 and CL-960 have cutting pallet dimensions of 6′ x 12′ and 5′ x 10′ respectively.

Additionally, our laser processing produces clean and smooth edges requiring little to no grinding or sanding.  Laser etching is also offered on certain materials when precise graduations, labels, or other markings are needed.  We have gained a wealth of laser processing knowledge since we began using them in 1999, let us put it to work for you.
